I was born on September 18, 1990
(20 years after James Hendrix’s death day)
He believed in numerology, reincarnation, UFOs, rainbow bridges ect… He was drowned (murdered) off red wine “alone” in a hotel room because (I think)of the information he had and the love he wanted to spread (enlightening people cosmically)
the media claims it was from sleeping pills and/or heroine over dose when there wasn’t any evidence and within a short period some of his closest friends, and partners were all mysteriously murdered within a short period and biographies about him “disappeared”.

Growing up I’ve always been superstitious and a humanitarian. I was very good with numbers at a young age and always had a passion for music.At a young age I dreamed of becoming the next Hendrix. I’ve only recently started learning my basic theory in order to get into the music program at college but my ear for music is far more developed than most people in the program( teachers too).

My parents are unable deal with their problems(reality) and find alternate sources to feel better about themselves; living like overgrown jealous-egotistic-materialistic-aggressive-hypocritical children (blind sheep) and because of this negative environment I’ve been exposed to and with the help of my siblings who have learned to take on these traits I feel insecure, alone,worthless and confused. Over the past year I’ve been seeking enlightenment because ‘reality’ just didn’t seem to make sense (why people behave the way they do) to the point that my closest friends (I’m disconnected from my family) think I’ve gone mad.

(I believe this is to make me a wiser person.)

The bottom line is I have many odd/mystical/mental things in common with Hendrix and I always felt connected to him. What are the chances I am some sort of reincarnation?

I too feel a connection to Jimi Hendrix. When he was at the height of his success, I was your age. I was drawn by his ‘differentness’ to everything else in London at the time, and by lyrics and what he was able to do with sound. Like so many artists, especially during the 60s, (it’s a wonder anyone can even remember it) he was heavily into drugs. One of his famous lines was: “I’m the one that has to die when it’s time for me to die, so let me live my life, the way I want to.” But, of course, that does not mean that the official cause of death was accurate or that your suspicions do not have merit. I feel much the same as you about John Lennon, Bob Marley and Fela Kuti and others, because the message they conveyed was not the sentiment that the ‘powers that be’ wanted to spread – mostly about peace and freedom and love. The truth may never be confirmed, but we know in our hearts what we know.

Yes, you have a lot of 9 energy in your life. You were born in the 9th month – on the 18th day. 1+8=9. And those two sets of 9 energy will play a very important part in your life. Try not to expect too much from your parents, especially when it comes to their being able to accept you just as you are. The expectations we place on our loved ones are actually the conditions we place on love. Accept them for who they are, and your love will be unconditional. That, of course, does not mean that you have to stay in situations you don’t want to be in or that stand to hurt you in any way. Feeling alone is not uncommon for someone on the 1 path. But you’re young. You’re finding your way. And because you are able to feel as deeply as you do, your senses are sharp and you’ll be OK.

Don’t strive to be the next Jimi Hendrix. Strive to be the whole YOU! Originality is one of the gifts of the 1 path that means being no one but yourself.
