1: You want to move forward but you can only tell which way that is by thinking and acting independently. Your anxiety about the future is understandable, but there is no need to live in fear. Simply allow this natural emotion to keep you focused and realistic as you steer your way along this unpredictable path. You can choose the intelligence that comes from accepting the truth or the ignorance that comes from ignoring it. In the words of Anthony Robbins, “Let fear be a counselor, not a jailer.”

2: This cycle demonstrates the difference between love and guilt. Love does not want anyone to suffer. Guilt does not care (or even notice) if anyone suffers. Love thrives in openness and freedom but, because of their vibrational differences, guilt and love cannot coexist. Unconditional Love is the highest power of all, but it can only be unconditional if you fully accept yourself, including your true feelings, regardless of what guilt has to say about them.

3: Keeping up appearances cannot succeed in this open and transparent cycle. There is something you don’t want to face because you don’t want to feel the feelings this would trigger. But your feelings have been triggered, and you must find a safe and private place in which to express them. That’s what stress is: the inner pressure caused by a build-up of unexpressed feelings. Release this heaviness, without hurting yourself or anyone else, and then feel your strength return.

4: The breakthrough you need will occur in a series of steps, the first of which is a growing sense of hope. Positive thoughts and images can now help you sense the possibilities and draw you to a means of improving your situation. Experience the flow of ideas that a little optimism and belief in yourself can generate. Something you thought was vital to your survival is less urgent now.

5: Responsibility vs. Freedom. Dependence vs. Independence. Family vs. Career. Peer Pressure vs. Individuality. Many of your inner battles are the result of old programming concerning your right to exist freely, among others who also have that right. The drag you are feeling is fear of freedom which is actually a fear of the enormous responsibility that freedom entails. The key is to know what needs to be feared and what does not.

6: Release yourself from the pressure of trying to control things, and allow those frazzled feelings (not just your own) to calm down and heal. Remind yourself that healing – making things better – really is your intent. The sooner you let forgiveness work its magic, the better. Forgiving yourself is part of the equation. The power of intent is what matters here. In order to heal, you really have to want peace.

7: You will not get very far with your mind all scattered like that, and you will be unable to communicate effectively if you don’t listen. Your present reality is constantly changing. By observing your own reactions, you can gain greater self-awareness, and learn how to stabilize your position. Prioritize! Pay attention to detail. Devise an achievable plan, and be prepared to follow it – patiently, and with flexibility.

8: Fear of being disappointed or disappointing others has been triggered by guilt which is showing you what it wants you to believe are your inadequacies or lack of power. Guilt is trying to confuse you with judgments, some right, some wrong, to prevent you from imagining creative alternatives. Don’t be deceived. The way forward may be different than you imagined, so set your imagination free.

9: If you ignore what is going on, history will simply repeat itself. You can now empower yourself by concluding something, or accepting a conclusion that occurs outside your control. Do not act impulsively. Take things deliberately and steadily. Selflessness is needed. Others will react positively to your kindness or generosity – but don’t attempt to give what you haven’t got, or promise what you can’t deliver.
