Week 27 ~ REALITY CHECK

Calendar week 27 runs from Tuesday, July 2 to Monday, July 8.

Our journey into free will and openness is likely to accelerate this week, and it will be difficult to deny the strong emotions that arise in the process. There is so much numeric interaction going on that it may be difficult to know what should take priority at any given time, and these conditions are likely to remain throughout July.

2 + 7 = 9, and 9 is the number of endings, dramatic events, increased awareness, deep emotions, letting go, giving and forgiving. 9 is the point at which the old gives way to the new.

Because 9 contains all the other numbers (1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8 = 3+6 = 9), our attention is likely to be pulled in all directions. Problems of perception can also arise in week 27 because 2 = emotion and 7 = the mind. When these two crucial inner parts of ourselves meet, conflict arises as to how to interpret experience. The mind does not want to feel anything that does not feel pleasant or interesting to it.

When 2 and 7 combine, the emotions involved can feel overwhelming – but there is much to learn from this volatile mix. 27 gives us the power of 3 multiplied by itself. 3 x 3 x 3 = 27. The power of communication is heavily emphasized. This includes how we individuals process information- or distract ourselves from it.

2013 is a 6 global year, and 6 represents HOME and FAMILY. However, the full extent of what we are doing to our home (Mother Earth), and to our family (each other – including the animals), has yet to reach mass consciousness. 6 also represents extremes, balance, justice, healing, and responsibility.

Our journey through multiple 6 energy in June has created waves of energy which, in July, appear to be swinging from one extreme to another. Consequently, we are seeing life from different angles and must look for common ground or consistency as we try to sort fact from fiction. Both 2 and 7 represent TRUST, and it is plain to see that trust is lacking where truth is concerned.

We are moving away from the past into an unpredictable future. And that is good because the future is not something we are supposed to predict. The future is something we are supposed to create.

Meanwhile:

• the 2 energy of the 2000s continues to break down our denials and increase transparency.

• the 3 energy of the 21st century shows us the enormous power of communication – language – and the creative (and destructive) power of people.

• the decade of the 10s brings our attention to the internet and cyber-space which is driven by the numbers 1 and 0 – the binary code.

EDWARD SNOWDEN

No matter how we feel about the revelations of Edward Snowden, (and feelings are very mixed indeed), his personal numerology strongly connects with current global numerology. Born on June 21, 1983, his Destiny Path number is 3. He was born on the 21st. ( also 3).  He was born in a 3 global year which is also derived from 21. (1+9+8+3=21=3). He was born in the 6th month. (3+3=6). He is currently in a 6 personal year and, in July, a 13/4 karmic month in which he is likely to feel boxed-in and limited. His Major Challenge Number is also 3 which suggests that he is afraid of the limelight but, at the same time, craves it. This is the challenge of self-centeredness – the feeling of being on stage – of feeling obliged to “perform” or prove himself in some way – and the fear of being criticized and judged. And yet he has put himself in a position where he is being judged, one way or another, by the whole world. Most people have two, three, or even four challenge numbers which are spread out over the lifetime. Edward Snowden has just one challenge number, the number 3. His motivation number is 10. This is derived from all the vowels in his full birth name, Edward Joseph Snowden. Not only does 10 represent the binary code and the electronic world that Snowden was such a part of, it is also the number which brings things to a new level — which he has certainly done. As I write this, an international incident appears to be unfolding as Bolivian President, Evo Morales’ plane was diverted to Vienna, Austria, where he is being held on the suspicion that Edward Snowden is on board. How this unfolds is anyone’s guess at this stage. Already Week #27 is off to a riveting start!

13/4

July, 2013 is also a karmic 13/4 month in the world (7+2+0+1+3=13/4) – in which being able to put our priorities in the right order is essential to our personal and collective wellbeing. 4 is the number of identity, determination, and dedication. 4 also represents system, work, and how things work. It shows us how the system operates. Karmic 13 is threaded all the way through 2013. (See link at end of page.)

The geometrical symbol of 4 is the square – and here it is again, Cairo’s Tahrir Square, with its distinctive inner circle, back in the spotlight, along with similar protests in Alexandria, Giza, and other major cities. The WILL of the Egyptian people has risen up again to free itself. And these uprisings will only continue to swell, all over the world, as the human will – feminine energy – tries to bring balance to this dangerously imbalanced and violent “mans’ world”. Enormous uprisings in Brazil and Turkey – and recent events in Texas concerning women’s rights – also demonstrate the rise of the human will. Of course, these are only a few examples. The will of the people is rising everywhere. And not just in large scale televised events, but in our own personal lives as well. 4 represents both limitation and breakthrough. As we reach the limits of how much we are willing to be controlled by others, our WILL power is activated.

*In the transparency of 2, we are seeing the countless ways that the will of the people, particularly women, is kept down. This is why so many people believe there is no such thing as free will when, in fact, free will is our natural condition. We are in the unpredictable and messy process of moving towards it, while learning what free will actually is, and how emotion is a natural part of the will.

When 2 and 7 combine, there is often a surreal feeling in the air; a ‘strangeness’ which makes it impossible to know what might happen from one moment to the next. We could experience situations this week which force us to use our instincts to a greater extent than we are accustomed to.

2 emphasizes the feminine aspects of life and is emotional in nature. 7 emphasizes the masculine aspects and is intellectual in nature. 2 urges cooperation, which is difficult for 7 because of its belief that intellect is superior to emotion. And so, we are experiencing the differences or ‘gaps’ that exist between men and women, parents and children, rich and poor, creeds, cultures, skin colors, and the fabric of humanity as a whole. 27 exposes just how great those gaps have become, and can help us to devise creative ways to bridge and heal them, if we have the intent to do so.

7 is the number of secrets, lies, conspiracies, and downfalls. What happens this week could be a prelude for what is to come, especially in October, which is a 7 month in the world – and in 2014 which is a 7 global year. Hmmm. Secrets, lies, conspiracies, downfalls. Our world is going to change drastically in the months and years ahead.

27 enables us (or perhaps forces us) to feel our feelings more deeply and fully. Our masculine minds are becoming more accepting of what our feminine emotions have to offer, especially in  terms of personal honesty. Our feelings are as hard to accept as it is to accept the truth.

In order to have free will, we must rely on our feelings to gain intelligence because the vibrations that emotions emit open the mind to let new information in.

27 also emphasizes accountability, and how we all have a problem when it comes to admitting to mistakes, and allowing entrenched beliefs to prevent further understanding. It is in our own interests to actually seek out these areas of stubbornness and accept the fact that we are evolving from limited understanding to the openness of free will. We have a lot to learn.

No one on Earth has evolved sufficiently to tell others how they should be living, or indeed what life is all about.  In order to BE oneself, one must think and feel for oneself and reach one’s own conclusions. That is a principle lesson of the number 1 – the first and foremost number.
