CONNECT ~ (week 29)

Week 29 runs from Thursday, July 16 to Wednesday, July 22. It is an 11/2 global week.

When 2 and 9 combine, we find ourselves in sensitive energy which brings matters of the past into present time so we can better comprehend how the past created the present. Racial matters abound – because ‘the race’ is what we’re dealing with at this stage of our evolving journey. The human RACE.

2 makes connections. 9 brings conclusion. 11 shines its light on what we most need to see. We are likely to feel this numeric chemistry all week, but particularly on Monday, July 20, when the 2 and 7 energies produce more 9, which also focuses on healing from the past.

The past cannot be changed. What happened, happened. But in a system which survives by hiding the truth, the question is what really happened, and how deep does it go. Learning from the past is our only means of moving forward. Both 2 and 9 bring out our emotions. As a result, both mysterious and inspirational vibrations are at work this week.

On Saturday, July 18, a Rally To Demand Justice for Eric Garner and Ramarley Graham, two unarmed black men killed by NY police, took place in Brooklyn, New York.

Also scheduled for July 18 was a rally by the Ku Klux Klan in Charleston, South Carolina, to protest the removal of the confederate flag from the statehouse grounds after 9 black people – the Emmanuel 9 – were murdered by admitted white supremacist, Dylann Roof.

This is an 11 Global Week.

K is the 11th letter of the alphabet.

KKK = 11 11 11.

11+11+11=33, which is potentially the most balanced form of 6 (3+3=6). 6 is the number of both balance and extremes. July is a 6 month in this 8 global year (8=power, money, status, materiality, and symbols). July 18, 2015 is a 6 day in the world (7+1+8+8=24=6). When 6 is abused, it becomes the number of the control freak – the dictator – the tyrant. 

Ironically, or perhaps tellingly, July 18 is MANDELA DAY – Nelson Mandela’s birthday. (Born 1918, he would have been 97).

Dylann Roof admired the apartheid system of South Africa which imprisoned Mandela for 27 years, for opposing it. After his release in 1990, he became the president of South Africa, and was an integral part of a huge movement which brought that racist system down. Roof expressed his desire for racial segregation in the USA, and hoped that by murdering 9 black people in a church he would start a race war.

It was Nelson Mandela who said: “No one truly knows a nation until one has been inside its jails. A nation should not be judged by how it treats its highest citizens, but its lowest ones.”  And it was this week that President Obama became the first sitting US president to visit a federal prison. Not only did he touch on the horrors of mass incarceration and unfair sentencing, but also the way prisoners are treated, often with unfathomable  brutality. He talked about the many issues of prison reform.

Life is filled with symbols, and the above photo shows President Obama visiting Cell Block B – the 2nd letter of the alphabet. The numbers on the top tier of those prison cells is relevant here as we approach the 200th day of the year this week. The following 100 days will all begin with 2 – the number of caring and fairness – the number of our times – the 2000s. Prison reform is one of the most vital aspects of bringing balance (equality) into the USA. President Obama was born on the 2 Destiny Path, and he is in a 2 ‘Destiny Year’ in 2015.

Racial issues abound all over the world, and it is this futile human RACE which must end – this almighty ongoing contest that we think is ‘life’ – to be first, #1, the biggest, strongest, the greatest, the best, the ‘smartest’, the loudest, the most superior. This is reflected in the ego of Donald Trump as he pushes himself to the forefront, aided by a compliant media. He can be very entertaining – and insulting. But inflated ego is ugly and people will grow tired of it. Inflated ego usually brings itself down one way or another. Even the name “TRUMP” symbolizes the need to ‘out-do’ and  be ‘better than’.

However, going deeper, we find that Trump is not his real family name. His grandfather was a German immigrant named Frederick Drumpf who had the privilege of changing his name upon becoming a naturalized US citizen. This is not unusual. All pending US immigrants can change their names at that stage. The name Drumpf adds up to 33.

In contrast, Nelson Mandela’s real name – the name his parents gave him – his African name – was Rolihlahla Mandela. He explained: “On the first day of school my teacher, Miss Mdingane, gave each of us an English name. This was the custom among Africans in those days and was undoubtedly due to the British bias of our education. That day, Miss Mdingane told me that my new name was Nelson. Why this particular name I have no idea.”

 Similarly, slavery in America extracted the individual’s sense of identity by replacing his or her true name with the name of the “owner”. One’s sense of identity is one’s sense of SELF.

1 is the number of self. Two 1s,(the number 11), symbolizes many selves. We cannot accept each other until we first accept ourselves. Therefore SELF ACCEPTANCE (self love and self respect) is a crucial aspect of humanity’s greater potential. Only by learning from the past can we ever make progress, individually, as a species, and among other individuals and other species. That level of unity is what “we are one” is all about.

In Tennessee, on the first day of Week 29, in Chattanooga, an American ‘lone Kuwaiti-born gunman’ with no connection to radicalization (as yet), killed 4 U.S. marines and 1 US Navy sailor in an act of domestic terrorism. This is a terrible situation in which precious life was lost and injured, and one which is unfortunately becoming more commonplace. And yet, when 9 black people were gunned down in a church in Charleston, by a man with obvious ties to radical organizations, domestic terrorism was ruled out.

Last week, in week 28, in Texas, the 28th state of the USA, 28 year old civil rights advocate, Sandra Bland was driving from Chicago to attend a job interview at her alma mater, Texas A&M, when she was pulled over for “failure to use her turn signal”. Three days later on July 13, she died in jail, according to the police report, from suicide by hanging. This is highly unlikely given her particular drive and her overall personality and aspirations. July 13, 2015 was a 28 day in the world. (7+13+8=28/10/1). When it was revealed that the sheriff involved in her arrest was fired from another Texas police department in 2007 for multiple complaints of racism, the case made mainstream news – and enquiries are underway. 2007 was a 9 year – and 9 is the number of LETTING GO. But 9 cannot let go of anything until it is resolved. 9 = endings, conclusion, and healing.

Meanwhile, the British tabloid, The Sun, owned by media mogul, Rupert Murdoch, released old footage of Queen Elizabeth and Princess Margaret, as children, and the Queen Mother ‘practicing a nazi salute’ with their uncle Edward, once king of England.

Edward’s association with nazi Germany and Hitler is documented. And while this is not an indictment of the queen – after all, she was just 6 or 7 at the time, it does bring us back to the establishment of white supremacy and systemic racism which runs rampant throughout the world. If a member of today’s royal family wanted to marry a black man or woman, or an Arab, or Indian for instance, could this be allowed to happen? Could the royal blood line be ‘tarnished’ in such a way?

Nazi Germany brought racism to an entirely new level in which millions of Jews, homosexuals, gypsies, and others who did not fit the mold of the ‘master race’ were imprisoned, starved, tortured, gassed, massacred, thrown in ovens, and decimated. The human “race for superiority” is a violent business.

Everything in this system is a RACE. Everything is a contest – and a hideously unfair one at that. Unfairness is imbalance. And if we don’t straighten ourselves out soon, it’s all going to come crashing down. As it stands, there is a chance for transformation rather than total collapse. Both 2 and 11 are transformational conduits.

Of course, royalty being what it is, and the fact that the British royal family is of German/Greek descent, means that they would probably have survived even if Germany had succeeded in conquering Britain in World War 2.

And talking of Germany and Greece: as we watch the current Greek government trying, unsuccessfully, to extricate itself from the clutches of the European banks, we see that Germany is still very much in control of Europe! Economic control. And this, in turn, reveals the extent to which we are all controlled by the banks, no matter where we live.

It is also documented that the Greek crisis was triggered in the 2001 by the deceptive intervention of the investment bank, Goldman Sachs, and its chairman and CEO, Lloyd Blankfein.

Connections of every description run amok this week. I am mentioning only a few of them. When we delve into the history of these matters – world-wide racism, the economic hold, the true history and role of the ‘establishment’, police brutality, the war on women, the war on the natural world, modern-day slavery, collective punishment, ‘austerity’, and many other components of cruelty, we have an opportunity to observe ourselves more open-mindedly.

We see the extent to which we have been blinded, deafened, repressed, and dumbed down by a system which survives through secrecy, cover-up, and deflection. The dumbing down process keeps us under control by subduing our intelligence with trite or false information, talking points, and sound-bites.

9 is the number of LETTING GO, but 9 HOLDS ON until it achieves balance, which is another word for truth, justice, equality, and survival. The 11 energy of week 29 brings hidden matters of the past to LIGHT!

On July 17th, President Obama met with the oldest American veteran, a 110 year old African American Woman, Emma Didlake. 110 = 11. She was 38 when called to service in 1943. That war, of course, was World War 2 – against Germany.

July 17th is also Angela Merkel’s birthday, who holds the distinction of being the first woman to hold the position of Chancellor of Germany.

The connections to Germany (and Greece) are very strong this week, as well as South Africa, African Americans, and President Obama.

11 brings us from 1 to 2, (1+1=2), which is the precise direction we are taking as we leave the old millennium of the 1000s and move into the 2000s.

July 18 is the 199th day of the year, and there are lots of connections here. (1+9+9=19=10=1). This karmic 1 energy is connected to the time frame – and mindset – from which we are evolving – the 1900s into the 2000s. This is highly symbolic as we move from day 199 to day 200 on Saturday and Sunday.

Two years ago, on July 19, 2013 – the 200th day of that year – President Obama made a famous speech about racism, following the murder of teenager, Trayvon Martin, in which he said: “Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago.  And when you think about why, in the African American community at least, there’s a lot of pain around what happened here, I think it’s important to recognize that the African American community is looking at this issue through a set of experiences and a history that doesn’t go away.”

Remember that Dylann Roof’s road to terrorism began with his empathy for George Zimmerman, and his own terror that “blacks are taking over the world”. Terrorism is the infliction of one’s own fear onto others and is the root of all forms of bullying.

2 brings unity and partnership between gapped energy – and right now, some of the most prominent and dangerous gaps we are dealing with are the gaps between black and white, male and female, rich and poor etc.

July 20 is the 201st day of the year, which gives us 3 – the number of communication, friendship, matters of people and population, the world stage, and appearances. Appearances can be very deceptive, and we have to be more aware of this now. Keep in mind that 9 = 3 x 3. The possibility of being tricked by cleverly concocted words or images is amplified here – and connects us to the 3 energy of the 21st century. If we are to survive, we must better understand the power of communication.

Tuesday, July 21 is the 202nd day of the year which connects us directly to the decade of the 10s because this is the 202nd decade of the Gregorian calendar. 10 indicates forward movement, reaching new levels, innovation, and fundamental change. 2+2=4 – the number of individual identity within the masses. 202 symbolizes balance and equality between all lives…

The focus on the African American journey is enormous right now – and needs to be. A lot of emotion is moving, a lot of minds are opening, a lot of pain and rage is coming to the surface, and a lot of healing is going on.

The USA is in a time of great transition – a 1 national year – the number of leadership – in which it has to look at itself, exactly as it is, and face its own reflection. Being the 1st number, 1 naturally leads. Therefore, matters of leadership are front and center now as politicians jockey for position in a general election that is still over a year away. But the focus on race – the system – is everywhere.

And then there is PLUTO. Named after the Roman god of the underworld, there are connections to be made here, too. The underworld so often refers to the criminal elements of society, our understanding of which has been limited to bank robbers and gangsters. Now, of course, we see that the banks themselves are robbers and banksters, and are controlling life on Earth in a system that enslaves us all through this thing called “the cost of living”. Those four words really do need to be analyzed more deeply.

The UNDERWORLD also refers to that side of life which we do not typically see or sense. Our deepest roots and spiritual/emotional origins. Our inner space. Our depth.

29/11/2 takes us deeper into our own thoughts and feelings which, in turn, expands our consciousness.

The old way of life on Earth in which the few dominate the many is not working. Free Will is our only alternative to self-destruction, and that is what we are learning about now. Free Will starts with the free expression of how we feel – emotional freedom. And from free expression of our feelings we realize what our choices are.

Our feelings are the feminine energy that exists in us all – the human WILL – but our masculine side (the mind), and even our bodies (biological form) are putting up a fight for supremacy. Now is the ideal time to become more aware of those three parts of ourselves battling within – because when those three parts of us align – a fourth part emerges – the part that connects everything together – the center – the heart – balance – peace. Yes, we have a long way to go, but there it is anyway.
